C'an Bassa Coll has the authentic flavour of country style farmhouse life. Almonds and wild olive trees are everywhere.
Fig trees and lemons. Oranges and Peach trees. Sheep bells can sometimes be heard in the distance. Summer holidays here revolve around the terrace and the barbecue.
The modern kitchen is just a step away, with large fridge to stash full of cold drinks and simple salads. Back outside, the terrace dining table has ample room for everyone.
The full length terrace runs along the back of the house with a barbecue at the kitchen end. Most of this terrace is roofed for shade and offers a great view of the mountains.
In front of the terrace is the generous swimming pool measuring 13m by 4m, with steps leading into the shallow end. There is ample terrace space for sun loungers and the surrounding gardens feature hibiscus, bougainvillea, almond trees, yuccas, pines and fruit trees.

Guests can meander or sunbathe quietly in the well tended Mediterranean gardens and paths lead into our surrounding fields with oleanders, almond and fig trees.
There is parking space for two cars in front of the garage and house. Beside the garage is our herb garden with orange and lemon trees - and opposite, the front garden is home to more citrus trees, date palms, tamarix and cactus.
As you pass along the front of the house, underneath the trailing vine you come to the old converted stable and bread oven and another doorway which leads to a courtyard with palm, fountain and table tennis. You can access the apartments and stable from this courtyard. Before going through, there is a large lawn to your right lined with oleanders, pepper trees, beautiful palm trees and more fruit trees all within old stone walls. An ideal place as an alternative to sitting by the pool.
The 'Campo' Restaurant is approx 100 metres from the house on the road leading to Alqueria Blanca.
