To confirm the reservation, we require a booking form signed by the first named person on behalf of all the other persons named. Click the above link to download a small (50K) copy of the booking form and print it, we suggest you check dates first before scanning/photographing the completed form and emailing to harvey@primeware-ceramics.com.
Confirmation of your booking and BACS detail for a non refundable deposit of 25% will be sent immediately upon receipt of your signed booking form.
Arrival and departure days are Saturdays. Departing guests are asked to leave by 10am and arriving guests take charge from 4pm, allowing time for housekeeping. However, in low season these arrangements may be varied; contact us to discuss your individual requirements - +44 (0) 7714 230838.
Rental fee includes:
- Weekly bed linen and towel service
- Electricity, gas, water, central heating
- Pool and garden maintenance
- 2x weekly maid service/cleaning
- Services of our local agents
Excludes:
- Full maid/Cook service*
- Travel and car hire costs and insurance
Payment
The required Non Returnable Deposit is 25% of total cost. The balance is due eight weeks before arrival. Mallorcan Countryside Holidays reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit if the balance remains unpaid after that time.
Cancellation
If you have to cancel your booking we apply charges on a scale in line with all major travel/rental companies, according to the amount of notice you are able to give. There is a NON refundable deposit of 25% of rental. Balance due within 2 months before holiday commences. Cancellations must be in writing and signed by the signatory to the booking form. Travel insurance provides you with a refund of all cancellation charges, if caused by a reason covered by the policy.
Damage
A damage deposit of £200 is required against breakage or damage. On your return from holiday, the sum will be refunded less, if necessary, the cost of any replacement or repairs.
Accommodation
The Finca you rent is for the use only of the people listed on the booking form, and sub-letting, sharing or assignment is not permitted.
Price Guarantee
Rental prices quoted in the leaflet are guaranteed in sterling and are not subject to any surcharge.
Changes to your booking
We reserve the right to treat a change of dates as a cancellation and apply the appropriate cancellation charge. There is no charge for any change of detail to your booking form after confirmation, such as a name or additional name.
Complaints
Any problems arising during your holiday should be taken up immediately with our local agent. Complaints after the holiday should be made in writing to the company within 14 days of return.
Car hire
As public transport is limited in Mallorca, a hire car is essential. We can arrange this via an independent local hire company who will meet you at the airport and drive or escort you to your Finca if you wish. At the end of your holiday, the company also arranges your return journey to the airport. You can book the time of the return journey when you sign the car rental form and it is included in your car hire charge, which is payable locally in local currency or by credit card.
