Our perfectly situated farmhouse on the unspoilt S E coast of Mallorca with sea and mountain views. Set peacefully in more than 4 acres of beautiful mature Mediterranean gardens close to the small hill village of Alqueria Blanca.

35 minutes from Palma airport and 5 minutes from tapas in the square, our local Bar Nou and Bacco – perhaps the best Italian restaurant on the island. Plus bakers and small supermarkets in the village. Many country walks beckon including one across the fields to our village in 10 minutes.

Afterwards our Zen garden invites you for rest and reflection - perhaps before a swim or aperitif on the terrace. Beautiful beaches in the national park of Mondrago are 10 minutes away by car. Twice weekly local markets at Santanyi and Alqueria Blanca are a popular outing with music and bars at the resort of Cala D’Or 15 minutes away by car or taxi.

Inside our spacious manor house are 5 very comfortable large bedrooms all en suite with aircon, ceiling fans and comfortable beds ( Three double and two twins sleeping 10 adults). There are three private bedroom terraces with sea and pool views.

Es Pins is furnished with comfortable settees, antique furniture, pictures and local ceramics. Definitely not a typical villa for rent is a common comment from our many guests who keep returning for the special ambience of our unique property.

We have an abundance of sunbeds with a giant pool ( 15 x 5m) bbq and table tennis. There’s plenty of shade for reading and we have a large library and music room.

Yes there’s wifi and old stone walls to keep cool in summer and warm in winter with log fires and central heating. Our housekeeper Edita is an excellent cook and babysitter by arrangement. Husband Alex looks after the pool and gardens. They’ve been with us now for more than 20 years.
